One-on-one coaching

The conversation that's about you.

FieldSide Coaching walks alongside the parent of competitive youth soccer players. In the moments that matter, on the sideline, in the car, in the conversations that linger.

One-on-one coaching

A private place to talk through what this game is asking of you.

Six individual sessions over three months, shaped around what you're carrying right now. That might be a game you can't stop replaying. A conversation with your child or a coach. Tryouts, playing time, or a pattern that keeps returning. There's no fixed script. We begin with what's happening now and work from there.

After our free call, you'll fill out a short form so I arrive knowing a little about you and what brings you here. Our first session covers how we'll work together and what you'd like from this work. Most of each session is coaching. I listen and ask questions, and you get room to think out loud. We close with one action step that feels right to you, and open the next session with how it went.

What's included:

  • Six private 60-minute sessions over three months
  • Video sessions on the platform that works best for you, or in person by arrangement
  • A free 30-minute conversation before we begin
  • No commitment until we decide together that it's the right fit

Investment:

Six private coaching sessions over 3 months: $1,020
Individual sessions also available at $180
‍
If playing time is what's on your mind, start with When Playing Time Gets Hard: a 12-minute coaching video and 7-page companion guide, $29.

You might recognize yourself here.

Something is stirring.

You love your child. You keep showing up: every weekend, every car ride, every conversation after the game. And somewhere inside all of it, something feels like it deserves more attention. You may not know what to call it yet. You only know that talking about it would help.

You want to be present for this.

You want to witness your child’s experience without every result following you home. You want to know when to speak, when to pause, and how to let the game remain theirs. You don't have to get it perfect to do this well.

"Most conversations in youth sports begin with the player. This one begins with the parent."
